These are mobility programs designed to enhance the skills and capabilities of university staff in teaching, research, and leadership by contributing advanced knowledge and skills of consortium staff on climate change adaptation and mitigation. It will engage staff in:

• Faculty development workshops
• Capacity building in climate change adaptation and mitigation
• International collaboration and knowledge exchange
